Goal Setting

The ability to plan where you are going, is invaluable in achieving fulfillment. At times we get so caught up in where we are we lose sight, of what needs to be done to move us toward the goal and its ultimate fulfillment.

Accountability

Setting within our lofty perch, it is easy to drop the ball. Assess a blame for for non-fulfillment. Being held to a standard provides the victories and wins that build our confidence, as well as that of our team. Being responsible for your outcomes increases your influence.

Balance

Being able to juggle various objects, may be an entertaining prospect, in a circus. But, generally a juggling act between the office and the home usually leaves the home, at best unfulfilled. Remebering how to maintain a consistent balance will provide more self gratification.
