The concept of business role playing is not new, although at times it flounders unfulfilled. Participation in the leadership game will draw the team into a tighter more cohesive unit, it will allow players to reveal their strengths and understand their weaknesses. The engagements are but the beginning, though like the business they may be fluid, changing, growing as does the Organization… the beginning, the foundation upon which to construct all else. As the team completes the rounds, they will understand how thier copatriots think and express their individuality.
